Sports carnival

The Stanmore Public School 3-6 Athletics Carnival was held at E S Marks this Wednesday. Students enjoyed a great day with some glorious weather for the event.

“The Stanmore Public School 3-6 Athletics Carnival was a beautiful day with many great outcomes. The events on Wednesday were full of fun and joy.

There were lots of people with good attitudes towards competing and gracious winners as well. Runners filled the track from 100 metres to 1500 metres and students took part in field activities where they threw great distances and jumped long and high.

We would like to thank all the students for participating in the races and field events, the parents and carers for watching, and the teachers for helping to make the Stanmore Public School athletics carnival a spectacular day.”
