Simon brought his unique creative energy to the classroom, helping students delve deeper into characterisation through cardboard sculpture and sustainable art practices.
During the workshop, students explored a range of sculptural techniques and then brought their own cardboard characters to life by creating expressive, wearable masks. The results were bold, imaginative and full of personality – a testament to the power of creative risk-taking and hands-on learning.
A huge thank you to Simon for generously sharing his time and expertise. Inspired by the session, many students are now on the lookout for spare cardboard at home, eager to continue their creations.
