Supercalifragilistic dance company

22 Jun 2026

The magic of Mary Poppins came to life when Stanmore Public School’s Dance Company took to the stage as part of The Arts Unit’s Combined Schools Musical.

After weeks of learning choreography during Friday rehearsals, our dancers joined students from primary and high schools across the region for a full-day stage rehearsal at the Greenhalgh Theatre in Lindfield. In the evening, they delighted audiences with two performances, featuring the energetic Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious number and a memorable appearance in the grand finale.

Presented by The Arts Unit, Mary Poppins brought together talented young performers from across NSW in a spectacular production filled with music, laughter and heart. For our students, it was a wonderful opportunity to perform on a large stage, work alongside other young artists and experience the excitement of a professional-style musical.

Congratulations to all of our talented dancers.
