New school flag designed by students
23 Jul 2026
Our new school flag celebrates student creativity, school pride and our connection to the local community.
In 2025, students were invited to take part in a school-wide competition to design a new school flag. The initiative, led by Lisa O, encouraged creativity while celebrating what makes Stanmore Public School special.
Congratulations to Cleo B. and Willa W-S., whose winning design was selected by students across the school. Their flag features our school colours and represents the nearby waterways that are an important part of our local area, creating a design that reflects both our identity and our community.
The new flag is a lasting reminder of the creativity, teamwork and school pride shown by our students.
Thank you to everyone who took part in the competition.
We take pride in celebrating our students' achievements both in and out of the classroom. We're committed to nurturing an environment where every student is encouraged to reach their full potential.
