Live Outside the Box

Live Outside the Box is a NSW Health initiative to encourage kids to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.

Live Outside the Box is an interactive, fun, one-week activity for Stage 3 (years 5 and 6) primary school students.

Students are encouraged to reduce the amount of less healthy foods and replace these with healthier alternatives.

They are also encouraged to be physically active and turn off the TV, smart devices and games consoles.

Parents and carers can download the Live Outside the Box activity card to record their child’s daily diet and activities.
