Mental Health Month

Supporting your child’s mental health can be as simple as checking in on how they’re feeling about friendships, school and home.

Good mental health is essential for children’s social, emotional, mental, and physical development. It helps them build resilience and navigate the challenges of growing up.

Loving, supportive relationships play a crucial role in promoting positive mental health, as does learning to manage emotions effectively. Physical health is another key factor—encouraging your children to stay active, eat well, and get quality sleep, are vital for their mental well-being.

If you have concerns about your child’s mental health, start by having an open conversation. There are many resources and support options available to help them manage any challenges they face.
